I had lunch there. The spicy vermicelli with pork was really good. Highly enjoyable dish. The Shanghai wonton soup was very bland. The wontons were good. I’d love just those wontons on chili oil. Service was pleasant. The interior is drab. Overall, it’s not your average American Chinese restaurant. I’d return.

Most recent visit had us full and happy. We enjoyed what we ordered, and for sure will come back in the future. The photos of the dishes speaks for themselves. I loved the spicy pork intestine, and salt n pepper pork ribs. Most impressed by the dry pot duck which we ate the duck first and then put in the cabbage and tofu to soak up the flavor of duck fat for delicious soup. Extra tips to guarantee better experience: For folks that typically order American "Chinese Food"... ie... Sweet and Sour Chicken, Shrimp Lo Mein, Egg Rolls etc, Look on the menu and order the dishes that had Chinese characters associated with them for more Authentic Southern Chinese dishes. There are also cute stray cats lives behind the restaurant.

This restaurant should be LONG GONE. The food was below average. They received a great review on Instagram so I said to the owner you must have paid for that review, the food wasnt great. The owner said to me I ordered American Chinese food not Chinese Chinese food so I guess they cook them differently. Honestly the food was below average, Crab Rangoons were over stuffed with gelantenous amounts of cream cheese, The pork and noodles were a bunch of rice noodles slopped with a tar like substance really not edible. Egg rolls had very little else but shredded cabbage. Do not believe the review '' Infatuation_miami '' on Instagram, its just not true. I wouldnt make the drive, youd be better off eating at Panda Express. Btw eventhough the menu was extensive, the appetizers were limited which was disappointing. We had ordered steam dumplings but the owner told us they were not available for lunch... Traveling this far and expecting gourmet chinese fare and ending up with less thsn was expected can ruin your afternoon.

Our next family food adventure take us Long Gong Chinese Restaurant located in Miami with a rating of 4.1 and more than 371 reviews I going back after two years to try again and with a inside complete remodeling and a new menu which has an impressive presentation with included photos which seem real due to their quality, each dish well detailed with its ingredients. Again the customer service was excellent and friendly the chinese culture and cuisine have a tradition of thousands of years, Chinese food is given a sense of taste with the culinary arts based on the beauty or aesthetics of color, aroma and flavor to prepare a meal that is pleasing to the eye, In Long Gong Chinese Restaurant they preserve the perfection and tradition in each dish that they offer to the costumers who visit the place. My recomendation Half spring roll Pork Chop Suey Orange Chicken Special Fried Rice Everything was exquisite and delicious four different dishes a combination of savor ready to enjoy. High recommend if you like the traditional Chinese cuisine.
